Pineapple Coconut Cake

Who’s ready to bake something delicious? Here’s a simple recipe for a mouth-watering dessert that’s perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:
20 ounces of crushed pineapple (with juice) from a can
Two eggs
1/4 cup of oil

One cup of sugar and half a cup of brown sugar
Two cups of flour and two teaspoons of baking soda
Half a teaspoon of salt

Icing ingredients include:
1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 can (12 oz) of evaporated milk, 2 cups of shredded coconut, and 1 cup chopped nuts.
One teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions:
Grease a 9×13 dish and preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Mix the ingredients for the cake, transfer the mixture to the dish, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
To make the icing, bring all the ingredients to a boil, let them simmer for ten minutes, and then mix in the pecans and coconut.
