JOE’S CRAB SHACK CRAB DIP

Ingredients:
Eight ounces of softened cream cheese
Half a cup of mayonnaise
Half a cup of sour cream

One cup of lump crab meat
half a cup of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses
one teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
and half a teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions:

The first step is to preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients: Put the sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese in a big mixing basin. Blend until well combined and smooth.

  • Add the garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese shreds, and lump crab meat. Take care not to break up the crab flesh too much as you gently stir to blend.

Step 3: Bake the Dip: Evenly distribute the ingredients in a baking dish. The dip should be hot and bubbling after 25 to 30 minutes of baking in a preheated oven.

Step 4: Serve: Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool somewhat. Savor it with baguette slices, crackers, or tortilla chips.
