INGREDIENTS:
Honey and garlic pork chops for 4 people.
This recipe calls for four ½-inch boneless pork tenderloins, along with two tablespoons of olive oil, four minced garlic cloves, salt and pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Season the pork with salt and freshly ground black pepper before cooking.

- If you want to cook pork with bones, you need to change the cooking time. Cooking often takes time.
- After roasting the garlic, add the white wine to the pan. For deeper flavor, let the sauce cool before adding the rest of it
- If you want a gluten-free alternative to soy sauce, you can try tamari or coconut aminos.
- After cooking, be sure to let the pork sit for a few minutes to rest.
- Sprinkling a little brown sugar on the sauce can make the sauce look caramelized, which is good for those who like a little more flavor.
