INGREDIENTS:
- 6 bacon slices
- 2 sliced large tomatoes
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 bread slices
- Mayonnaise
To taste, add salt and pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Using paper towels, drain.
- After the bread slices get golden brown, toast them.
- Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise on one side.
- Arrange two bread slices over two lettuce leaves.
- Add bacon and tomato slices on top.
- Add pepper and salt for seasoning.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
- Slice each sandwich in half before serving.
