INGREDIENTS:
●1 lb. shell-on shrimp
●Shrimp broth
●1-1/4 cup tomato sauce
●A dash of Valentina
●A dash of Worcester sauce
●1 lemon
● Small onion
●2 tomatoes
●1 Serrano , remove the seeds if you don’t want it too spicy.
●Cilantro
●1 can tomato sauce
●Half a cucumber, seeds removed
●Salt
●2 avocados
INSTRUCTIONS:
■Peel the shrimp and boil with a little salt. When the shrimp is cooked, remove the shell and add it to the same water and boil.
■Peel and discard
■Place the shrimp broth in a bowl and add 1-1/4 cups ketchup, 1 can tomato sauce, a dash of Valentina, a dash of Worcester sauce, and a squeeze of lemon. Mix and add more of whatever you think you need to get the consistency you need, not too thick and not too watery.
■ Next, simply dice the cucumber, tomato, onion, Serrano, cilantro, avocado and shrimp. Add to broth. Mix and taste.
