Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites

Eight ounces of cream cheese, softened
Four cups of thawed frozen shredded hash browns
One pound of cooked and drained ground breakfast sausage
Half a cup of Bisquick
1½ cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

Put parchment paper on a baking pan and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Get the mixture ready: Combine the thawed hash browns, Bisquick, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and cooked breakfast sausage in a large mixing dish. Stir until everything is thoroughly mixed.
Create the bites: Using your hands or a scoop, form the mixture into 1 ½-inch balls, then arrange them evenly on the baking sheet that has been prepared.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are cooked through and golden brown, after placing the baking sheet in the oven.
Serve: Before serving, let them cool a little. These morsels are ideal as a snack or for breakfast!
