INGREDIENTS:
Three cups of canned or cooked, chopped chicken
Cream of chicken soup in two cans
A half-cup of sour cream
One cup of grated cheese
The ranch dressing mix, two tablespoons
1/4 cup of chopped, cooked bacon
One 12-ounce can of Grands Jr. biscuits in the refrigerator
One more cup of grated cheese to sprinkle over the casserole
INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn the oven on to 350°. Apply cooking spray sparingly to a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put aside.
Add bacon, ranch dressing mix, 1 cup shredded cheese, chicken, soup, and sour cream. **Each biscuit should be cut into four pieces. Add the chicken mixture and toss.
Fill the prepared pan with the chicken mixture. Add the last cup of grated cheese on top.Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and bubbling.
