Cheesy Garlic Bread Bites

Two cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded
One cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Two minced garlic cloves

Two huge eggs
1/4 cup almond flour (for extra crunch, if desired)
One teaspoon of Italian seasoning, or a mixture of dried herbs
Half a teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Optional: For garnish, chop some fresh parsley.

Use parchment paper to line a baking tray and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Get the cheese mixture ready by:
Add the mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, almond flour (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and minced garlic to a large mixing bowl. Until a sticky dough forms, thoroughly mix.

Form the blend:
Evenly cover the baking tray lined with parchment with the cheese mixture. Flatten it into a thin, even layer with a spatula.
Bake the foundation:

After preheating the oven, bake the tray for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the sides begin to turn golden brown.
After taking the tray out of the oven and allowing it to cool for five minutes, cut it into squares. Cut the cooked cheese mixture into bite-sized squares with a pizza cutter or sharp knife.
Last bake:
To crisp up the edges, put the tray back in the oven and bake it for a further five to seven minutes.

Serve: Before serving, let the bits to cool somewhat. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley for extra taste.
