Crack Breakfast Casserole

One pound of cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
One cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Two cups of cheddar cheese, shredded

Six big eggs
Two cups of milk
One package (1 ounce) Ranch dressing mix
One 28-oz packet Hash browns that are frozen

The oven should be preheated at 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
In the baking dish that has been prepared, evenly distribute the hash browns.
Over the hash browns, arrange the cooked sausage and bacon crumbles.
On top, scatter 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Whisk the eggs, milk, and ranch dressing mix together in a bowl until thoroughly blended. Evenly cover the dish with this mixture.
Add the remaining half cup of cheddar cheese on top.

Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and melted and the casserole is set.
Take out of the oven, allow it cool a little, and then serve warm.
15 minutes for prep; 45 minutes for cooking; 6–8 servings
