INGREDIENTS:
Two 400-gram boxes of thick cream
One 395-gram can of condensed milk
One envelope of powdered lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the flan and process until smooth, about 3 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into tiny dishes that hold 150 ml each. Put it in the refrigerator for two hours.
Put the sugar and water in a bowl and bring to a boil to make the hot caramel.
Until the caramel formed, allow the sugar to melt and thicken.
Prepare the flan by spooning the caramel sauce over it after it has cooled.
To decorate, scatter grated coconut on top.
