One-pound hamburger
One little onion, diced
One Rotel tomato can with chilies
Four ounces of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups of stock or chicken broth, depending on your choice
One teaspoon of garlic powder
One packet of taco seasoning
Drain and brown the beef and onion. Melt the cream cheese. Add the tomatoes, stock or broth, taco spice,
and garlic powder.
Simmer for half an hour.
I added sour cream and cheddar cheese on top to serve.
