Carrot Cake recipe

One cup of carrots, grated
One cup of sugar
One teaspoon of baking powder

One egg butter (to coat the pan)
Half a cup of vegetable oil
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
One cup of all-purpose flour
One teaspoon of baking soda
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
One-fourth teaspoon of nutmeg
One-fourth teaspoon of salt
One cup of milk

  1. Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a dish, mix the sugar, egg, vegetable oil, vanilla essence, and chopped carrots until smooth.
  3. Just mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the flour and stir until just incorporated. Add the milk and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill a cake pan that has been floured and oiled with the batter.
  6. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean after 40 to 45 minutes of baking.
  7. Before icing, let cool.
