Ingredients:
Twelve big mushrooms with their stems cut off
Half a pound of crab meat
1/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup softened cream cheese
Two tablespoons of mayonnaise
One tablespoon of lemon juice
One tablespoon of chopped parsley
Half a teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C. Coat a baking sheet with oil.
Combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
Place the mushroom caps on the prepared baking sheet after stuffing them with the crab mixture.
Add a little Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the filling is brown and the mushrooms are soft. Warm up and serve.
Advice: To make stuffing the mushrooms easier, use a melon baller or tiny spoon.
