Regarding flatbreads:
350 g Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Flour, 60 ml of oil, 120 ml of water, and a small pinch of salt
Regarding brushing:
Garlic, pressed (change amount to taste)
A tiny bit of oilFlatbreads with garlic
Herbs to taste (such cilantro, rosemary, or parsley)
Getting ready:
Prepare the dough:Add the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to a large mixing basin.
To the dry ingredients, add the water and oil. Knead the mixture with your hands or a dough mixer until a smooth dough forms. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky, and a little more water if it is too dry.
Form the flatbread by rolling the dough into balls after pinching off tiny portions. To make your flatbreads, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball on a lightly floured board. It should be between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick, depending on your taste.
To prepare the flatbreads, preheat a frying pan or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put a flatbread in the pan once it’s heated.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and just beginning to puff up. Proceed with the remaining flatbreads in the same manner.
Brushing with Garlic Oil: Combine pressed garlic, your preferred herbs, and a tiny amount of oil in a small bowl. This will be your brushing combination, full of flavor.
While the flatbreads are still warm, brush the top side with the garlic oil mixture. This will give them a flavorful burst of garlicky herbs.
Serving Ideas: Use your Garlic Flatbreads as a base for quick personal pizzas or eat them warm, right out of the pan.
