Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf with Melted Swiss Cheese

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of milk
Two eggs
One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
One teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Two large onions, cut thinly
Two teaspoons of butter
Eight slices of beef broth, one cup Cheese from Switzerland
Instructions:

Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big bowl. Stir just until incorporated.
Put the mixture in the crockpot and form it into a loaf.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and simmer for 15 minutes or until they are caramelized.
Cover the meatloaf in the crockpot with the beef stock and caramelized onions.
For six to seven hours, or until the meatloaf is thoroughly cooked and soft, cover and cook on low.
