Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or steak strips
One sliced green bell pepper
One chopped onion
Two minced garlic cloves
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
One cup of provolone cheese, shredded
12 ounces of pasta (rigatoni or penne are suggested)
One cup of beef broth
To taste, add salt and pepper.
One tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions:
Pasta can be cooked by boiling it until it’s al dente. After draining, set away.
Sauté the vegetables by heating the olive oil in a big skillet. Add the chopped garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Sauté until tender.
Cook Meat: Put strips of steak or ground beef in the skillet. Cook until cooked through and golden.
Mix the ingredients: Add beef broth and cream cheese and stir until creamy. Mix well after adding the cooked pasta.
On top of Cheese: Top with provolone cheese. Melt and bubble the cheese under the broiler. Warm up and serve.
