Crock Pot Crack Potato Soup

This soup, laden with bacon, cheese, and creaminess, is the epitome of comfort in a bowl. Ideal for cold days or anytime you want a quick and filling supper!

Ingredients:
• Six medium potatoes, diced and peeled
Four cups of chicken broth, one medium onion (diced), and one teaspoon of garlic powder
Half a teaspoon black pepper, one block (8 oz) of melted cream cheese, two cups of shredded cheddar cheese, half a cup of sour cream, half a cup of cooked and crumbled bacon (plus extra for decoration), and, if desired, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
Instructions:

  1. Get the base ready:
    • Fill your crock pot with chopped potatoes, onion, chicken broth, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix to blend.
  2. boil: Cover and boil the potatoes for 6–7 hours on low or 3–4 hours on high, or until they are soft.
