Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs

Ingredients:
One 16-ounce jar of chilled biscuit dough (eight biscuits)
Four ounces of mozzarella cheese (string cheese that is soft, shredded, or diced)
Four teaspoons of half a stick of melted butter

One teaspoon of powdered garlic
One teaspoon of Italian seasoning
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 375°F, or 190°C. Grease a baking sheet gently or line it with parchment paper.
Separate each biscuit after opening the chilled biscuit dough container. Make a 3-inch round out of each biscuit.
In the middle of each dough circle, place a piece of mozzarella cheese. Pinch the edges shut to create a sealed ball after folding them up and around the cheese.

On the preheated baking sheet, arrange the cheese-filled cookie balls seam-side down. Combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Apply the seasoned butter mixture on the tops of each biscuit bomb.
The biscuit bombs should be golden brown and have melted, gooey cheese within after 12 to 15 minutes of baking in a preheated oven.
Warm garlic butter cheese bombs can be served with your preferred dipping sauce or by itself.
