Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
Half a cup of fried bacon, broken up
Half a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of pickles, chopped
To taste, add salt and pepper.
One tube of chilled pizza dough
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Mustard and ketchup (for dipping)
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C. Put parchment paper on a baking pan.
Using a spatula, break up the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Add the crumbled bacon and season with salt and pepper. Take off the heat and let it to cool a little.
The pizza dough should be rolled out into a big rectangle. Evenly cover the dough with the cooked beef and bacon mixture. Add diced pickles and grated cheddar cheese on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, beginning at one end, and cut into 1-inch pieces. After the baking sheet is ready, place each roll-up on it.
Put the minced garlic and melted butter in a small bowl. Brush each roll-up with the garlic butter.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the roll-ups are golden brown.
Serve warm with mustard and ketchup for dipping, and garnish with fresh parsley.
