Cheesy Taco Sticks

Ingredients:
One pound of ground beef and one taco spice mix package
Pillsbury Pizza Dough, one tube

Five cheddar and colby jack cheese sticks, cut in half
Four tablespoons melted butter and one teaspoon of garlic powder
One teaspoon of dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain any extra fat.
  3. As directed on the package, add the taco seasoning to the beef. Give it a good stir and put it aside.
  4. On a floured board, roll out the Pillsbury Pizza Dough and cut into ten equal rectangles.
  5. Top each rectangle with a halved cheese stick after spooning some of the seasoned ground beef onto it.
  6. Pinch the edges of the dough to lock it in place as you roll it over the cheese and beef.
  7. Arrange the taco sticks on the baking sheet that has been prepared.
  8. Combine the dried parsley, garlic powder, and melted butter in a small basin. Drizzle each taco stick with the mixture.
  9. Bake the dough for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and golden brown.
  10. Before serving, let the cheesy taco sticks cool a little.
