Ingredients:
One bag of Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips (10 oz)
One eight-ounce block of softened cream cheese and eight ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese
One huge egg
One 15-oz can of drained sweet corn
One 4-ounce can of mild or medium green chilies
One teaspoon of powdered garlic
One teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Instructions:
Heat the Oven: Set the oven’s temperature to 425°F.
Line baking pans with parchment paper or lightly oil them.
To make the chips ready to fill, place the Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips cup side up on the baking sheets that have been prepped.
Mix the Filling: Put the egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, melted cream cheese, and shredded mozzarella in a big mixing bowl.
Stir until everything is properly blended.
Stuff the Chips:
Fill each tortilla chip cup to the brim with approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
Add Parmesan Topping: For a tasty garnish, scatter grated Parmesan cheese on top of the loaded chips.
Bake: Put the baking pans in the oven that has been preheated, and bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the tops are brown.
To serve, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool a little. Savor these cheesy, delicious morsels while they’re still warm!
