Mississippi Mud Potatoes

A Comforting Blend of Cheesy Goodness and Crispy Bacon: Mississippi Mud Potatoes
Ingredients:
6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions:
Turn the oven on to 325°F (163°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Combine the diced potatoes, crumbled and cooked bacon, chopped onion, minced garlic, and shredded cheddar cheese in the baking pan that has been prepped.
Stir the mayonnaise into the potato mixture until it coats everything.

The potatoes should be soft and the top should be golden brown after about 1 1/2 hours of baking in a preheated oven.
