Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
One pound of ground beef
Eight ounces of farfalle (bowtie) pasta
One tablespoon of olive oil

One little onion, chopped
Two minced garlic cloves
One cup of beef broth
One cup of heavy cream
One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
One teaspoon of paprika
Season with salt and pepper.
For garnish, use fresh parsley (optional).

Instructions
Prepare the pasta:
As directed on the package, boil the bowtie pasta. After draining, set away.
Prepare the beef:
Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Cook the chopped onion until it becomes tender. Cook for one minute after adding the garlic.
Cook until browned after adding the ground beef. Remove extra fat.
Prepare the sauce:
Add the beef broth, stir, and simmer. Add the paprika, Parmesan, cheddar, and heavy cream. Stir until the sauce thickens and the cheese melts.
Mix:

To the steak and sauce, add the cooked spaghetti. Stir until the creamy mixture coats the pasta. To taste, add salt and pepper.
Serve:
If preferred, garnish with fresh parsley and dig in!
