Creamy Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
- Eight big tortillas made with flour
- Eight ounces of softened cream cheese
- One ranch seasoning mix packet (1 ounce)
- One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- Half a cup of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup of green onions, cut finely
- 1/4 cup of optionally finely minced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream (for added richness, if desired)
Instructions:
- Warm up the oven:
1.1. Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet gently or line it with parchment paper. - Combine the filling:
2.1. Mix the ranch seasoning mix and softened cream cheese in a mixing basin until thoroughly combined.
2.2. Add the red bell pepper (if using), green onions, crumbled bacon, and grated cheddar cheese. If desired, add sour cream for additional creaminess. - Put the Roll-Ups together:
3.1. Evenly cover each flour tortilla with a thick layer of the cream cheese mixture.
3.2. Place the tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet after securely rolling them up. - Bake the roll-ups: 4.1. Put the assembled roll-ups in the oven that has been preheated and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the filling is thoroughly heated and the tortillas are just beginning to crisp up.
- Offer:
5.1. Take the roll-ups out of the oven and allow them to cool a bit.
