Sweet Dreams: Strawberry Crispy Cheesecake 🍓🍓🍓

For the topping:

1 lb Vanilla Cream Cuisine (makes about 34 cookies, leaving a few on top)
6 tablespoons melted butter
For the filling:

1 small box (3.3 oz) Strawberry Jelly
1 cup boiling water
16 oz Cream Cheese, soft (2 cubes of 8 oz each)
3/4 cup Brown Sugar

Glaze:

Cut 26 vanilla cream cookies into thin pieces and mix well with melted butter. 9 Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Beat whipped cream with powdered sugar until stiff, add cream cheese mixture and coat with strawberry glaze in two portions.
Spread half of the whipped cream mixture on top, followed by half of the strawberry jelly mixture. Bake for 15 minutes, then add remaining cream cheese and top with strawberry mixture.
Top:

Crumble remaining whipped cream and strawberry wafers. Add food coloring for a pinker hue if desired.
Sprinkle this mixture over the cheesecake and leave it in the refrigerator for 4 hours to harden.

      • I would love to have the complete recipe for this Strawberry crispy cheesecake. It’s so confusing writing incomplete instructions for a recipe only to find out at the end that the recipe is incomplete!

  1. This recipe looks so delicious, but at the bottom of page 1 where it lists the ingredients, it has written: 1 cup and then it’s blank. It doesn’t say what that last ingredient is. Just 1 cup of something. What is the last ingredient?
