INGREDIENTS:
6 slices of bacon, chopped
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large cabbage, sliced
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/ 2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon red pepper powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium heat until cooked through, then add the onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion caramelizes; Immediately add the kale and continue cooking and stirring for another 10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
