INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
100 grams Italian breadcrumbs
teaspoon canola oil
a dash of black pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Set the oven to high heat (350°F). Use paper or parchment paper to line the baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
After removing excess moisture from the pork belly with a paper towel, apply an equal amount of olive oil on the pork belly and fry on both sides.
Brush the whole pork with the Parmesan mixture, add the bread crumbs and press well.
Prepare the roast pork on a baking tray preheated to 63°C. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature rises.
Outside you have the option of cooking the pork for a few extra minutes if you want.
Remove the pork from the oven and serving.
