INGREDIENTS:
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup whipped cream
1 cup grated cheese
1 tablespoon fried onion
2-3 leaves puff pastry
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Oil the pan.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream, fried onion, salt and pepper with a fork until well combined.
- Cut out each muffin hole and cover with puff pastry.
- Divide the sliced ham and half of the grated cheese into the muffin cavities and spoon the egg mixture. Add cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the quiches are golden brown and firm.
