INGREDIENTS:
Half-inch slices of kielbasa sauce, 1 pound
Two large apples, sliced, peeled, and peeled.
½ cup brown sugar
Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons
30 milliliters apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 of a teaspoon of nutmeg, ground
finely chopped 1/2 cup onion
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, add the kielbasa slices to the slow cooker.
- Place the apple slices, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a basin.
- Once the kielbasa is cooked slowly, pour applesauce over it.
- Brush the apple kielbasa mixture with the chopped onion. Close the lid. Cook, stirring occasionally, for five hours or until the apples and kielbasa are tender.
- Serve with some parsley as garnish.
