INGREDIENTS:
°200g biscuits
°100g melted butter
°5 Eggs
°700g cream cheese
°100g (12 cups) sugar
°150g melted chocolate
°2 tablespoons tablespoons vegetable oil
°40 g ( 1/3 cup) chestnut pearls
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter, then transfer to a baking tray and press.
In another bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
Pour pressed biscuits. Bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 45 minutes..
Cut into squares and dip in melted chocolate and hazelnut mixture.Freeze for 15 minutes.
