INGREDIENTS:
For the cake:
3 C. Flour
1 C. Refined sugar
1 teaspoon. Baking powder
1 ½ C. Milk
large egg
8 tbsp. Unsalted and melted butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
Top:
1 C. Butter
1 C. Brown sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons. Cinnamon
For the above:
2 C. Powdered sugar
⅓ C. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 d.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spread the cake mixture into a greased 9×13 pan. o Add the above ingredients to the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
Pour the mixture into a spoon and pour the cake mixture into the baking dish. Use the butter cookie cutter
to roll out the top of the cake mixture.
Bake it for 45 minutes.
Mix the herb cream until smooth and pour over the hot cake.
