Cabbage roll soup

Ingredients:

4 cups ground beef
8 ounces canned tomato sauce
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 bay leaf
3 teaspoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons parsley
2 teaspoons olive oil

A pinch of salt and black pepper
1 pound ground beef
1 fried onion
2 teaspoons garlic
4 cups chopped vegetables
2 carrots, chopped

Instructions:

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet, add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. . Cook for about 6 minutes until the meat is tender and break it up with a spatula. Add garlic and onion and cook for about 4 minutes.

Step 2

Add carrots/cabbage/beef bones/rice/tomato sauce/bay leaves/sugar to the pot and then season with salt/pepper. Bring to a boil and cook until rice is cooked, about 26 minutes. Study
