INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup bread crumbs and 1 pound ground chicken
Grated Parmesan cheese, half a cup; one egg
One spoonful of mustard dijon
one tsp powdered garlic
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Six bacon slices
Six pieces of Swiss cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Set oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Use parchment paper to cover the baking sheet.
To make meatloaf, mix together ground chicken, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended.
Form meatloaf: Place half of the meat mixture onto a baking sheet that has been prepped. Top with bacon and Swiss cheese, then spoon remaining meat mixture over top, squeezing edges together to seal.
Baking: Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in a preheated oven, or until ground beef is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serving: Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.
