INGREDIENTS:
three bowls of rice cereal that is crunchy.
Half a cup of chocolate chips
Any nut or seed butter can be replaced with one cup of peanut butter.
half a cup of maple syrup
Grass-fed butter can be substituted with 1/4 cup coconut oil.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Press parchment paper into an 8 × 8-inch baking dish or deep baking pan of your choice, then put it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the crispy rice cereal and put aside. All of the other ingredients should be combined in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop and heated until melted. Take out of the stove or microwave and whisk until well combined.
Over the crispy rice cereal, pour the chocolate/peanut butter mixture and stir until well blended. After pouring into the prepared baking dish, chill for at least an hour to solidify.
