Creamy Baked Broccoli with Tomatoes and Kale

A single large broccoli’s florets
extra virgin olive oil
A little cluster of young kale
one small onion, chopped
7 small minced cloves of garlic
12 small tomatoes or 12 cherry or grape tomatoes, split in half
The knob of butter
When necessary, add salt to season.

Assemble the broccoli:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the broccoli and then chop it into small florets.

Evenly spread out the batter after pouring it onto a baking tray.
Scatter the shredded mozzarella on top.

Finish the Baking:

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the cheese has melted and turned a golden brown.
Remove from oven and place on serving tray; allow to cool for a few minutes. Savor the creaminess and cheesiness of this nutritious dish served as an entrée or a side dish.
