500 g ground beef
two eggs, medium
Two tablespoons of breadcrumbs
One teaspoon olive oil
One-half tsp onion powder
Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
One teaspoon of sauce from Worcestershire
two little onions, chopped
1.5 cups of beef broth
two tablespoons of flour
In addition to salt, black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
I mixed together breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and ground beef. Lastly, I added a tsp of salt and an additional tsp of black pepper.
It took the shape of eight balls that resembled steaks.
I cooked the pancakes and refrigerated them.
I sautéed onions with flour and garlic powder in the same skillet, then I gradually added Worcestershire and stock. This mixture took seven minutes to cook.
I cooked the pancakes for more than ten minutes after putting them back in the pan.
