INGREDIENTS:
Two cups (200 grams) of finely chopped rolled oats
One teaspoon of baking powder
One cup (240 ml) of your preferred milk
One grated carrot
After being rinsed with hot water, nine dried apricots were sliced.
4 teaspoons of hot water-rinsed raisins
One grated apple
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat Oven: Lightly grease a baking dish and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients: Put the baking powder and mixed oats in a big bowl.
Combine Wet Ingredients: Combine the milk, grated apple, chopped apricots, raisins, and grated carrot in a separate bowl.
Mix All components: Mix the dry components with the liquid mixture until everything is completely blended.
Move to the Baking Dish: Evenly distribute the ingredients after pouring it into the baking dish.
Bake: Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the filling has set and the top is golden brown.
Cool and Serve: Let cool somewhat before serving or slicing into squares.
Baked oats can be kept in the fridge for up to five days in an airtight container. Freeze portions for up to three months in freezer bags or airtight containers for extended storage. Before serving, reheat.
