INGREDIENTS:
1 can refrigerated biscuits, quartered
Six big eggs
Half a cup of whole milk, or your preferred substitute
One cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Eight cooked and crumbled bacon slices
To taste, add salt and black pepper.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat Oven: Grease a 913-inch baking dish and preheat your oven to 350F/175C.
To prepare the biscuits, cut them in half and place them equally in the baking dish that has been oiled.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a mixing dish.
Mix: Make sure the biscuit pieces are well coated by pouring the egg mixture over them.
Add Cheese and Bacon: Scatter the crumbled bacon equally on top of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are set.
