INGREDIENTS:
One gram of raisins
One cup (100 g) of oatmeal
Two apples
100–120 milliliters of water
Two eggs
One banana
100 grams of cherries
One teaspoon of baking powder
Oil made from vegetables (to grease the baking dish)
50 grams of Brazil nuts
100 grams of sultanas
INSTRUCTIONS:
Get the Sultanas and Raisins ready:
Cover 100 g of raisins and 100 g of sultanas with boiling water. To make them softer, let them soak for a few minutes.
Get the oatmeal ready:
In a blender, finely chop one cup of oatmeal.
Puree the apples:
Core and peel the apples. Use 100–120 milliliters of water to puree them until they are smooth.
Mix the Ingredients: Put the pureed apples and two eggs in a big mixing dish and stir to blend.
Add one banana to the mixture after mashing it with a fork. Mix to blend.
Add the Fruits: Strain the sultanas and raisins once they have soaked. To the mixture, add them and 100 g of cherries. Stir thoroughly.
Mix the Dry Ingredients in:
To the mixture, add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and stir well.
Get the baking dish ready:
Set the oven’s temperature to 180°C (360°F).
Apply a generous amount of vegetable oil to a baking dish.
Mix and Bake:
Fill the baking dish with the batter.
Sprinkle 50 g of chopped Brazil nuts on top of the mixture.
Bake: Put the dish in the prepared oven and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes, or until it is set in the middle and golden brown.
