Ingredients
- Two cups of your preferred barbecue sauce
- Two tablespoons of brown sugar
- Three freshly minced garlic cloves
- Four to five pounds of baby back ribs
- Two teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- One teaspoon cayenne pepper, if desired
Instructions
The first step is to put the barbecue sauce in a zip-lock bag.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cayenne, if using.
SECOND STEP: Seal the bag and knead it thoroughly with your hands to combine the sauce ingredients.
Insert the ribs into the bag after opening it.
THIRD STEP: To fully coat the ribs, close the bag and shake it.
Spray the crock pot’s interior.
Fourth Step: Put the ribs in the crock pot after opening the bag.
Fill the crock pot with ¾ of the sauce from the package, making enough to cover the ribs.
FIFTH STEP: For meat that falls off the bone, cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or on low for 9 hours.
If you want the beef to be really tender without falling off the bone, simmer it on low for seven hours.
SIXTH STEP: Place a small amount of the sauce on the table and let everyone decide whether or not they would like more.
