Ingredients: Two pounds (900 grams) of sirloin steak, sliced into small cubes
1/4 cup of soy sauce with reduced sodium
1/4 cup of beef broth
Worcestershire sauce, two tablespoons
Three minced garlic cloves
One teaspoon of powdered onion
Half a teaspoon of paprika, smoked
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Fill your slow cooker with all the ingredients.
- Cook until the steak is tender, either on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
- Serve right away. 15 minutes for prep; 6 to 8 hours for low cooking; and 6 hours for total time 15 minutes
