Ingredients:
One pound of breakfast sausage
Six big eggs
Half a cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup of milk
Half a teaspoon of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Four big tortillas made with flour
Greasing with oil or butter
Instructions:
Cook the Sausage: Brown and thoroughly cook the morning sausage in a pan over medium heat. Set aside after draining any extra grease.
To prepare the eggs, whisk together the milk, eggs, black pepper, and salt in a basin. Pour the egg mixture into a skillet that has been oiled and heated to medium heat. Cook until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through, stirring periodically. Take off the heat.
Lay each tortilla flat on a spotless surface to assemble the roll-ups. In the middle of the tortilla, scatter a tiny bit of shredded cheddar cheese. Top the cheese with scrambled eggs and a dollop of cooked sausage. If desired, top the filling with additional cheese.
To ensure that the filling is contained, fold the tortilla’s sides in and roll it up securely.
To prepare the roll-ups, heat a skillet over medium heat and brush it with a little oil or butter. Seam side down, place the roll-ups in the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
Serve: Warm sausage, cheese, and egg breakfast roll-ups should be served. Enjoy on-the-go or with your preferred breakfast accompaniments!
