How to Prepare Cream Cheese Loaf with Peaches:
- Grease a regular bread loaf pan and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cream the butter and cream cheese together in a big basin. Beat till light and fluffy after adding the sugar, eggs, and lemon zest.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet components gradually when everything is well incorporated, then fold in the peaches.
