Ingredients:
Four pork chops without bones
Three tablespoons of butter
Four minced garlic cloves
One tablespoon of olive oil
Four large potatoes, peeled and diced; 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme; salt and pepper to taste
Half a cup of heavy cream
For mashed potatoes, use two tablespoons of butter.
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
First, put the chopped potatoes in a big saucepan and boil them for 15 minutes or until they are soft. After that, mix the potatoes with butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese after draining them. Remember to add as much salt and pepper as you like.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat while the potatoes are cooking. Before cooking, season your pork chops with salt, pepper, and a little thyme. The pork chops should be cooked through and golden brown after 4–5 minutes on each side in the skillet. When finished, take them out of the skillet and place them aside.
Add your minced garlic to the same skillet with melted butter over medium heat. The garlic should be aromatic after one to two minutes of sautéing. After that, put the pork chops back in the skillet and cook them for a few minutes in the flavorful garlic butter sauce.
Lastly, present a substantial portion of the velvety mashed potatoes with these succulent pork chops on a platter. Savor your cozy and tasty meal—it’s appropriate for any dinner gathering!
