INGREDIENTS:
350 g flour
250 g yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cloves garlic
30 g butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare flour:
Sift the flour into a bowl, creating a well in the middle. Add yogurt, baking powder, sugar and salt to the well. Gradually mix the ingredients, kneading the dough from both sides until completely absorbed.
2. Form into balls:
Knead the mixture to obtain a soft dough then divide into 8 balls. Let them rest for 5 minutes
3. Rolling the dough:
Roll each dough ball into thin discs and then stack them on top of each other, using baking paper to separate them so the dough doesn’t stick.
