Ingredients:
One pound of ground beef
One small head of chopped green cabbage and one medium-sized sliced onion
Two minced garlic cloves
One cup of heavy cream
One cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
One teaspoon of paprika
One teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Two teaspoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F.
Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and cook until the onion becomes transparent.
Cook until browned after adding the ground beef. If needed, drain extra fat.
Add the chopped cabbage and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to soften.
Add the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir thoroughly and boil for an additional five minutes.
Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish that has been oiled.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese shreds on top.
The cheese should be bubbling and golden brown after 25 to 30 minutes of baking in a preheated oven.
Before serving, allow the dish to cool for a few minutes.
Ten minutes for preparation; forty minutes for cooking; and fifty minutes for the entire process
