Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients:
Three cups of thawed frozen hash potatoes and one cup of diced ham
1½ cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
Six big eggs
Half a cup of milk
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
1/4 tsp paprika, smoked
Directions:
Turn the oven on to 375°F, or 190°C.
Arrange the cheese, ham, and hash browns in a baking dish that has been oiled.
Beat together eggs, milk, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cover the hash browns with the sauce.
Bake until brown and firm, 35 to 40 minutes.
Before serving, allow it cool somewhat.
