INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats (or quick oats)
2 medium apples, peeled & grated
2 large eggs
½ cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese for more protein)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional (for extra protein):
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
No flour
No sugar
No sweeteners needed (apples do the job)
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a silicone mold or baking tray.
Mix the Batter
In a bowl, combine oats, grated apples, eggs, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until well combined. The batter will be thick.
Fill the Molds
Spoon mixture evenly into the molds, pressing gently to level.
Bake
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until tops are set and lightly golden.
Cool & Serve
Let cool 5 minutes, then remove. Enjoy warm or cold.
