Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 medium onion, diced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker.
Add the raw ground beef and break it apart with a spoon.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
Add rice, onion, beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything until well combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
During the last 20 minutes, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Cover and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy.
