Creamy Seafood Salad

This Creamy Seafood Salad is a refreshing, protein-packed dish made with tender imitation crab meat, crisp celery, and a creamy dill-infused dressing. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for sandwiches, wraps, lettuce cups, crackers, or as a light lunch. The combination of lemon, dill, and seafood creates a fresh and flavorful salad that’s ideal for warm-weather meals and gatherings.

Ingredients :

1 lb imitation crab meat, shredded or chopped
2 celery stalks, finely diced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions :

Chop or shred the imitation crab meat into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl.
Finely dice the celery stalks and add them to the bowl with the crab meat.
In a different small basin, mix the lemon juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper with the mayonnaise until it is smooth.

Pour the dressing over the celery and crab combination.
Stir gently until every component is uniformly covered with the creamy dressing.
Let the flavors combine by covering the bowl and refrigerating it for at least 30 minutes.
Serve cold as a salad, a sandwich filling, a wrap filling, or with crackers.
